NBCC (India) Limited has been appointed as the Project Management Consultant as per the designs made by noted architecture firm Arcop Associates Pvt. Ltd. The project has already obtained five-star rating for integrated habitat assessment based on design features by the Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA). There will be no cost overrun for the project as priorities have been set before taking up work on the project.
